Terese is an experienced Human Resources executive and Legal Recruitment professional with deep legal industry knowledge.  As a former Director of Legal Recruiting and Director of Human Resources at several AM LAW 100 firms Terese has led numerous hiring committees, and recruited hundreds of attorneys and professional staff over the course of her career.

Her vast years of law firm recruiting experience, substantial talent acquisition successes, extensive human resources background and search firm track record combine to make her a valued partner to law firms and candidates alike.

Terese holds a B.A. in Political Science from The University of Massachusetts, and a Graduate Certificate of Human Resources Management from Northeastern University.  In 2010, she earned SPHR certification from HRCI, and in 2015, she earned SHRM-SCP certification from SHRM.  She is a past president of The Massachusetts Legal Recruiters Association.
